Hello, my name is Bonia and I am addicted to movement. Movement in many different forms saved my body and mind after a severe back injury, loss of a family member, and my entry into peri-menopause. I gave up my career in order to teach others Pilates and functional movement, and through this method I have witnessed many miracles that brought people back to life.

Two private 1:1 sessions for the price of one!
During your first two sessions, you will receive a full body assessment which helps me understand the scope of problems you might have. We also discuss your injuries, needs, and goals. And finally, I introduce you to Pilates principles and initial movement and we run a small session on mat or equipment depending on your abilities.

I have known Bonia for years after finding her services on Insta. I cannot recommend her enough. This is an instructor who never stops learning and developing. I have taken Pilates classes and 121 sessions over the years and the reason Bonia is exceptional is because she tailors every session to not only what your body is able to do, but what your body is able to do on the day. She has plan B and C ready. A measure of a class Pilates instructor is being able to get you to work on the target area in a variety of ways so if one doesn’t work, you can try this way or that way or another. About me
Hello my name is Bonia, welcome to Be-motion Therapy, my comprehensive Pilates and functional training studio in Llanfairfechan, North Wales.
I discovered Pilates in 2004 after severe lower back injury and in 2011 I decided to give up my career and become a mat and comprehensive Pilates and functional trainer in order to help other people who struggle with injuries.

I’m passionate about training and educating peri/menopausal women who experience a lot of changes related to this stage in their life.
​
My approach is always holistic yet science-based. I include the newest research so I can offer best and most advanced, cutting edge training programmes. I look forward to meeting you and to work with you virtually or in person.
